Please note: VA support is provided by an external agency, independent of Gold Star Pro. You’ll work directly with their team, who will manage all communication and task coordination with you. We recommend this agency because we know and trust their work — and their team is certified in using our core software. To make things easier, we’ll add a dedicated menu item to your Gold Star Pro account. This will allow you to assign tasks and communicate with the VA team directly, without needing to leave the platform.
